DMP-5005 material printer is a large format, noncontact fluid deposition system. Is capable of jetting fluids using the 16-jet, 1 or 10 picoliter user-fillable cartridges, and up to 5 sequentially operating 128-jet, 1 or 10 picoliter printheads with up to 5 different functional fluids. One picoliter cartridge can deposit features as small as 20 µm and below. Has a printable area of 500mm x 500mm and maintains a positional accuracy and repeatability of ±5 and ±1 µm, respectively. Uses a temperature controlled vacuum platen to register, maintain and thermally manage substrates during printing.
