Series 560 Vertical Flow Modular Hardwall Cleanrooms are prefabricated, easy-to-assemble cleanrooms that allow for future expansion.
The pre-engineered, free-standing rooms require only a solid, level floor for support. Sections may be removed or reconfigured for a process change, or for relocation to another facility. Floors may be solid or raised. A variety of sizes are available.
Are made with heavy gage steel panels screwed and welded together to create modular sections. The sections are further equipped with braces to ensure strength and eliminate harmonic vibration. Use a full HEPA filter ceiling bank to ensure even airflow and reduce air turbulences and eddy air currents, for uniform laminar airflow throughout. Incorporates the HEPA-N-Seal double-gasket seal to achieve a no-leak ceiling system. Keeps the primary HEPA filter high pressure seal under a negative pressure to prevent gasket seal leaks. The negative pressure seal prevents leaks from entering the cleanroom that can occur over time in both clamped and liquid gel systems.
S-3000CB cross-belt sorter provides high-speed transportation and sortation of fragile products and hard-to-grip packages. Used in applications from post and parcel to distribution and manufacturing. Scalable design and sortation process can be tailored to any size facility and any product or package. With individual, motor-driven belted carriers, it features gentle, horizontal item discharge and induction for precise positioning and orientation. Accommodates a diverse mix of products and package types within an individual batch of sorted items. Carriers accelerate to match induction speeds. Sort discharge can be optimized to a specific product rather than averaged across a range of product. Discharge from carriers is accurate, allowing for closer discharge chute centers and selective positioning of sorted items within a chute. Operate at up to 472 ft/min. (2.4 m/s) at 65 dB(A). Offers induction options from multiple small items to longer, heavier items. Can sort heavy items to one side of a discharge and smaller, fragile items to the other. Standard sorters have a single cross-belt cart per carrier. An optional double-cart version is available. FXI Logistex, fxilogistex.com
Model 2200-245-125 Tip-Seal dispense valve dispenses low- to high-viscosity flowable materials. Is also used in high-speed stitching or repetitive on-off applications where short segments of material are deposited onto a surface. The design is ideal for dispensing solvent-based, moisture-curing and stringy materials such as silicones or polyurethanes. The valve opens and closes its material passage at the tip of the nozzle to precisely start and stop material flow. Sealing at the tip also prevents material from hardening in the nozzle, oozing or dripping. Pneumatically actuated, the valve has a carbide tip, titanium-coated shaft, hardened seat and wear-resistant fluid seals to extend valve life. The stroke adjuster can set the needle opening to change material-flow rates and bead-profile sizes. The valve’s precision dowel and screw holes allow easy, accurate mounting. The 2.5” (63.5mm) tip length enables the valve to reach into parts and fixturing. Other tip lengths are available. Material is delivered to the valve by either a metering assembly or under regulated pressure from supply tanks or pumps.
