The Bath Analyzer bath concentration-monitoring tool is said to help eliminate unreliable bath control measurements. An alternative to refractive index, is said to be almost as accurate as gas chromatography. Total process time is about 10 min.; cooling the cleaning bath first is not required. Reportedly minimizes overall consumption of cleaning bath by maintaining the concentration at the initially required values.
