TS9200D series jet tech valve has a single, replaceable diaphragm; eliminates dynamic fluid seals. Small mass of diaphragm design reportedly allows faster cycle rates. Reduces energy needed to eject a drop of fluid; is adjustable. Is capable of jetting fluid viscosities to 400,000 CPS. Produces 300 droplets per sec.
