FLM36 is a B-staged film for bonding and sealing applications in the aerospace, electronic, opto-electronic and specialty OEM industries. Reportedly eliminates mixing and measuring. Can withstand temp. up to 500°F; retains high strength properties. Bonds well to metals, composites, glass and many plastics. Is a good electrical insulator. Can endure thermal and mechanical shocks, and thermal cycling. Has good chemical resistance to water, acids, bases, fuels and oils. Has release paper on each side. The assembly is fixtured and cured for 1-2 hr. at 350°F. Bonded parts are returned to 75°F before removing fixtures. Is offered in three standard sizes: FLM36-4A is 4 x 4 x 0.008"; FLM36-8B is 8 x 8 x 0.008", and FLM36-12C is 12 x 12 x 0.006".

Loctite Ablestik ICP 4000 series of silicone-based electrically conductive adhesives address harsh environmental conditions. Withstand operating temperatures as high as 200°C. Reportedly show good performance after 3,000 hr. of 85°C/85% RH temperature and humidity testing, 3,000 cycles of thermal shock analysis from -40° to 175°C, and 3,000 hr. of heat storage at 175°C. Focus on electrical resistance, adhesion, thermal conductivity and flexibility. Have high vibration compatibility. Exhibit low outgassing and bleed during cure.

SV2000N valves are available in 3, 12 and 18mm spray paths, suitable for urethanes, flux and silicone coatings. Are actuated by air pressure sequenced by SVC100 controller. Air pressure opens a needle in the valve, allowing material to flow; a separate air line creates pressure in the valve exit cap, atomizing the fluid. Controller sequences the time relationship between a fluid start signal and an atomizing signal. Can be installed to existing production lines with signal control or used as a bench-mounted spray station.
