TORONTO, CANADA – Celestica reported strong fourth-quarter and full-year 2025 results, driven by accelerating demand for data center infrastructure and advanced technology programs. Fourth quarter revenue reached $3.6 billion, up 44% year over year, exceeding the high end of company guidance.
For full-year 2025, revenue totaled $12.3 billion, an increase of 28% compared with 2024. Adjusted operating margin expanded to 7.5%, up from 7.4%, reflecting stronger operating leverage, particularly in data center–related programs.
Growth was led by the connectivity & cloud solutions segment, where fourth quarter revenue rose 64% year over year to $2.8 billion, while segment margin improved to 8.4% from 7.9%. Hardware platform solutions revenue within the segment increased 72%. Advanced technology solutions revenue declined 1% year over year to $0.80 billion, though segment margin improved to 5.3%, up from 4.6%.
Looking ahead, Celestica raised its 2026 annual outlook, now projecting revenue of $17 billion, up from a prior outlook of $16 billion, representing expected growth of approximately 37% compared with 2025.
