Cranston, Rhode Island – AIM Solder, a leading global manufacturer of solder assembly materials for the electronics industry, is pleased to announce the appointment of Bruce Gao as Sales Manager, South China. Based in Shenzhen, Gao will focus on expanding AIM’s presence and supporting customers throughout the region.

In his new role, Gao will drive growth across AIM’s solder paste, solder wire, and solder bar product lines, with an emphasis on developing strategic customer accounts, strengthening distributor partnerships, and supporting the adoption of advanced soldering solutions, including AIM’s REL61 low-silver alloy.

Gao brings sales and industry experience spanning electronics manufacturing, OLED and Micro OLED display production, semiconductor packaging, and PCBA assembly processes. “Bruce’s combination of electronics manufacturing knowledge, key account experience, and familiarity with the South China market will be a valuable addition to our regional sales organization,” said Dean Luo, Sales Director at AIM Solder. “We look forward to his contributions as we continue to strengthen our customer and distributor relationships throughout the region.”
