HELSINKI, FINLAND – Scanfil outlined its 2026 outlook following the acquisitions of MB Elettronica in Italy and ADCO Circuits in the United States, pointing to continued expansion across its global electronics manufacturing services operations. The company expects 2026 turnover to range between $1.02 billion to $1.16 billion, representing projected growth of about 21% to 36% compared with 2024 revenue of $850 million.

Comparable EBITA for 2026 is forecast at roughly $70 million to $85 million. Scanfil said it will release its full January–December financial statements on February 20, providing additional detail on financial performance and post-acquisition integration progress.
