Vishay Intertechnology has released the CRCW0201-AT e3 Series AEC-Q200 qualified thick film chip resistors in an ultra-compact 0201 case size. Measuring 0.6mm × 0.3mm × 0.23mm, the devices are designed to reduce PCB space requirements by approximately 50% compared to 0402 components. Offers a power rating of 0.05W at +70°C, a maximum operating voltage of 30V and an operating temperature range of -55°C to +155°C. Resistance values range from 10Ω to 1MΩ, including a 0Ω jumper option, with tolerances of ±1% and ±5% and a temperature coefficient of ±200ppm/K.

Henkel has expanded its conformal coating portfolio with Loctite Stycast UV 7998, a solvent-free formulation designed to deliver UL 94 V-0 flame retardancy. Engineered to protect printed circuit boards and components from moisture, dust, chemicals and other contaminants that can degrade long-term reliability. Offers self-leveling behavior, strong wetting and uniform coverage without voiding. It cures within seconds under UV light, followed by a secondary moisture cure. The solvent-free, VOC-free formulation supports environmental and operator safety objectives and can reduce CO₂ emissions by up to 40% compared with solvent-containing alternatives.

Inspectis has introduced the HD-124-WUV Dual White & UV Ring Light, designed for use with its digital microscope systems in electronics inspection environments. The industrial-grade unit integrates 32 white LEDs and 8 high-power UV LEDs arranged in dual rings, enabling sequential or independent illumination control for applications requiring both visible and ultraviolet light. Features an integrated on/off switch, electronic dimmer and dedicated UV and segment control switches to adjust lighting zones as needed. Vishay Intertechnology has released the RCA-SR e3 series AEC-Q200 qualified standard thick film chip resistors designed for sulfur-containing environments. Offered in 0201, 0402, 0603, 0805 and 1206 case sizes, the devices provide resistance values from 10Ω to 10MΩ, including 0Ω jumpers, with tolerances of ±1% and ±5% and TCR of ±100ppm/K and ±200ppm/K. The resistors are rated for power up to 0.25W and operating voltages from 30V to 200V, with an operating temperature range of -55°C to +155°C. The series meets ASTM B809-25 sulfur resistance testing with a maximum resistance drift of 1% after 1000 hours at 60°C and specifies ΔR/R ≤ 1% after 1000 hours of rated power at 70°C. The devices feature a protective coating for environmental protection and pure matte tin terminations compatible with lead-free and lead-containing solder processes.
