TAIPEI, TAIWAN & WASHINGTON, DC – Foxconn has announced a major collaboration with NVIDIA, Stellantis and Uber to jointly develop and deploy Level 4 autonomous vehicles for robotaxi services worldwide.

ZURICH, SWITZERLAND – Cicor Technologies has announced plans to acquire UK-based TT Electronics PLC in a $378 million cash-and-share deal. Once completed, TT shareholders will hold roughly 10% of the enlarged Cicor Group, with the transaction expected to close in the first half of 2026.

AUSTIN, TX – Flex reported strong results for its second quarter of fiscal 2026, posting $6.8 billion in net sales, up 4% year over year and at the high end of its guidance range. GAAP net income for the quarter reached $199 million, including $41 million in costs related to missile strike damage at Flex’s Ukraine facility.
