SON, THE NETHERLANDS – Infestos has declared an unconditional offer on Neways, as all conditions of the offer have either been satisfied or waived.

The settlement of the offer will take place Nov. 5.

Holders of shares who accepted the offer will receive the undisclosed offer price for each share tendered during the acceptance period.

If Infestos decides to announce a post-closing acceptance period, the company will do so in a press release on Nov. 3.
