HOLLAND, MI -- Westshore Design has acquired Petra Electronics Manufacturing for an undisclosed price.

Westshore plans to relocate Petra's operations from Moline, MI, to its 20,000 sq. ft. plant in Holland.

The deal was consumated in January but just announced today.

In a statement, Westshore said, "We are very excited about having Petra Electronics Manufacturing join our growing team. Over the next several months the business will be integrated from the Moline location into Westshore Design's Holland facility."

Westshore added that all Petra employees would remain with the new company.
