JOHOR, MALAYSIA – Technocom Systems has entered into an agreement to acquire land and a building of Brother Industries Technology for some $1.5 million here. The site is approximately 16,000 sq. m. and contains a single-story factory and two-story annex.

Upon completion of the purchase, Technocom expects to augment its foothold in Southeast Asia.

The company expects the acquisition to be completed in June.

Venture Group is the parent company of Technocom.
