North Hartland Tool Acquires TEK Industries

VERNON, CT – North Hartland Tool Corp. has acquired printed circuit board maker TEK Industries, according to reports.
Companies within North Hartland Tool serve medical and aerospace industries, among others.
The deal includes moving two subsidiaries – North Hartland Engineering and Carl Associates – to TEK's facility here.
There are 30 employees in Vernon, CT, about half of which are TEK employees.
The deal took place at the beginning of the year, but the announcement was delayed until now.
No financial terms were disclosed.
