KURESSAARE, ESTONIA -- Contract electronics assembler Incap will expand its factory here by some 37,000 sq. ft., almost doubling the current space.

The addition will bring the EMS plant, which Incap leases, to over 75,000 sq. ft. Incap will use the space to increase production and box build capacity.

"The extension is elementary to ensure the company's delivery capability and to increase business," said CEO and president Sami Mykkänen. "We find that Estonia still is a competitive location for manufacture attracting new customers especially in Central Europe."

Incap also has plants in Finland and India. It had sales of 59.2 million euros last year, and 33.7 million euros through the first half of 2011.
