TAMPA, FL -- Bulova Technologies continues to search for a buyer for its contract manufacturing unit even in the wake of several new contracts.

BT Manufacturing has landed 14 new customers thus far in 2010, the company says, ranging from start-ups to well-established multinational corporations and the US Government.

The June orders backlog is approximately $1.6 million, a company record.

Bulova says it is looking to sell BT Manufacturing, based in Melbourne, FL, or strengthen its market position in defense contracting.
