Black Hawk Up: LaBarge Gets $2.4M Add-On Deal

ST. LOUIS -- Sikorsky Aircraft awarded a $2.4 million add-on contract to LaBarge to produce wiring harnesses for the UH-60L Black Hawk helicopter.
The harnesses will be built at LaBarge’ Joplin, MO, facility through September 2011.LaBarge has manufactured wiring harnesses and electronics assemblies for the program since 2005. Earlier this month, it announced a separate contract valued at $1.8 million to provide Sikorsky with electronics assemblies for the helicopter’s inlet barrier filtration system.
Sikorsky is a subsidiary of United Technologies Corp.
