MINNEAPOLIS – A request for abstracts has been issued for the 15th Annual Pan Pacific Symposium.

The conference will be held in Kauai, Hawaii, on Jan. 26-28.

Papers are requested in the following areas: assembly; business issues; interconnection; markets; microsystems technology; packaging and solar electronics.

The deadline for abstracts is July 31.
