UVCLX UV cure coating Xtra is solvent-free bio coating in which 75% of organic content is obtained from renewable sources.

Applied via selective coating machine. Is touch dry after short exposure to LED-365nm UV light. Guarantees full cure in less than 24 hr. because of secondary chemical cure mechanism; shadowed areas are fully cured in hours. Optimally applied at between 200-350μm. Reportedly achieves excellent edge coverage over sharp components and high level of protection during temp. cycling and thermal shock. Hydrophobic nature ensures excellent protection against moisture, salt mist and full immersion for short periods. Immersion period can be extended by applying coating more thickly. Is opaque green coating. Is ideal for automotive and EV applications.
