MAS-i2 inline selective soldering machine has three-section conveyor system: fluxing, preheating and soldering.
While one board is in soldering, another is in preheating and a third is in fluxing. Can equip two fluxer valves, either two of the same valve or two different valves. Is equipped with two individual solder pots in two individual Z-axis. Soldering area can accommodate PCBs up to 450 x 508mm (18" x 20") for two nozzles individually, or 235 x 508mm (9.25" x 20") for two nozzles in parallel. Can program system to use one solder pump, two simultaneously to double speed, or one solder pump with larger nozzle first and then another solder pump with smaller nozzle.
