Is suited for 5G and mmWave applications. Precision jets fine mist of nanoparticle-based inks onto surface. Prints features as narrow as 10µm with placement accuracy under 5µm. Nanoparticles are sintered together, forming solid metal conductor of copper, gold or silver. Insulating and adhesive materials can also be applied with common IC packaging dielectric materials. Can be used to print transmission lines, sensors and antennas on common polymers, IC materials, FR-4, glass, ceramic and metals. Designed for high-volume manufacturing and includes software that guides operators through startup process. Optional inline conveyer for automated part loading. Can process substrates or part trays up to 300mm wide and is available with rotate table for 4-axis processing.
