SelectiveRIDER soldering process measurement pallet delivers automated verification technologies for wave, reflow and selective soldering.

Enables validation of three phases of selective soldering: fluxing, pre-heating and soldering. Each element is measured using novel pallet design; data logging is achieved with SuperM.O.L.E. Gold 2 profiler; M.A.P. software facilitates data analysis and SPC.  Combines flux measurement via miniFluxometer V-gage test coupon, thermal parameter verification and wave metrics, including X/Y positioning, Z height, diameter measurements and dwell times. Features include flux location and accuracy verification; confirmation of dispense X/Y positional precision, with indication of any offset; identification of blocked or unprimed spray heads; verification of deposition (dot) size and capture of any under- or over-spray; indication of flux penetration success; excellent solder fountain measurement accuracy; X/Y sensor measures from target center and solder fountain diameter; fountain height confirmed to within 0.5mm with graduated sensors; dwell time accuracy to +/-0.01 sec. Measures max. pre-heat temp., solder temp. and Delta T during soldering.
