DEK TQ stencil printer can operate for up to 8 hr. without operator assist.

Updates include DEK TQ V1 operating software, offline programming, high-flow vacuum board support system and intelligent and flexible verification and traceability functions. High-flow vacuum function provides board support for high-volume production of small and complex PCBs. Intelligent verification function allows verification of printer materials by means of ASM OIB, with an interface to higher-level MES, or individually selectable against reference on DEK TQ for supports, squeegees, etc. DEK V1 station software and Siplace Pro have been revised. ASM printer programming has been integrated into Siplace Pro. Printing programs are now administered across lines, printing and placement programs downloaded jointly to SMT lines, and each printer’s features are verified automatically before a program is executed. Footprint is 1.3 x 1m. Achieves core cycle time of as little as 5 sec. Uses precise linear drives, off-belt printing, clamping systems and advanced print head. Achieves wet printing accuracy of ±17.5µm @ 2Cpk. Comes with external capability certification.
