Cycle time 6 sec. (except printing time). Repeatability ±12.5µm. Table flatness check mechanism. Automatic gap adjustment mechanism when replacing masks. Automatic mask installation. Dual-line compatible (back to back). Multiple auto cleaning systems (wet, dry).
