LPKF Rolls Out CuttingMaster 2000, 3000 Depaneling Systems

CuttingMaster 2000 and CuttingMaster 3000 depaneling systems are for rigid and flex PCBs.
CuttingMaster 2000 laser depaneling system handles panels up to 350mm x 350mm. Is available as standalone system or as inline configuration with integrated conveyor system. CuttingMaster 3000 provides larger working area to handle panels up to 500mm x 350mm and high-speed and high-precision linear motor drive system with rigid granite construction. Is available in standalone configuration or inline integration for SMT lines. Both come with CircuitPro system software.
