CircuitSpaceTM 2.1 is a design automation tool for PCB component placement. Uses patented auto-clustering, intelligent design reuse and replicated layout. Reportedly shortens design cycle timelines by weeks and improves communication between design teams. Other features are said to include AutoClustering; concurrent layout development project-wide; template generation for global library use across divisions; template usage with and without etch; automated layout reference designator propagation; advanced sustaining engineering and ECO process, and automated change report between layout designs.
The model MV-0180-PNM needle valve has been designed with a low-density plastic wetted chamber, so that the anaerobic resin does not come into contact with the metal body of the valve. Material is fed under pressure to the valve directly from its packaged container; the container bottle can be placed in an air pressure reservoir, top ported to the valve. An air pulse is delivered from a valve controller that actuates a solenoid attached to the needle seal, allowing the fluid to flow. When the air pulse is removed, a forward action spring returns the needle and closes the seal, shutting off the fluid. A 4-way air control can be connected to eliminate the reliance on spring pressure. Includes a stroke adjuster for final tuning of shot size.
The Omano microscope was configured for chip inspection purposes around a 3344T trinocular stereo microscope with a 1.3 mega pixel eyepiece camera: the Omano CAM 13. The microscope has both 10x and 20x wide-field eyepieces, and a 7.5x-45x zoom range, which doubles with the 2.0x Barlow Lens or 20X wide-field eyepieces. The system is being offered for $1,068.00 to ERAI members.
