SN100C P600 D4 is a halogen-free, no-clean, Pb-free solder paste that contains no fluorine, chlorine, bromine or iodine. Is said to be high reliability, for high-density assembly with stable printability; reflows easily with good wetting and minimum incidence of mid-chip balling, and low residue. Can be reflowed with profiles similar to SAC 305 and SAC 405 with 240°C peak.

Circuit frames for PCB repair can be custom laser engraved to match the pads or trace areas requiring repair. The patterns on the frames can accommodate spaces/traces down to 0.025 mm. For SnPb or Pb-free processes. The cutouts replace elements on 1 oz. copper PCBs. Custom patterns can be laser-machined with lot sizes as low as one in a few business days.

IP-500 multifunctional tabletop platform for automated processes comes with a dispenser with an open application area for combined 2-D and 3-D applications. Application-specific robot heads use one or multiple Z-axes, Z- and theta-axes combinations. Dispense or high-speed spindle heads can be added. Exchanged needles are calibrated in X, Y and Z. With the integrated visual control, the dispensing area can be inspected immediately after dispensing of the media. CAD data import for point, matrix, line, curve or individual dispense patterns is possible; the X, Y and Z-axis are synchronized, and the dispense path is controlled and optimized continuously.
