185HR is a high-reliability, Pb-free compatible electrically enhanced resin system. Meets need for new designs that have high layer counts, require higher bandwidths, and where conventional phenolic-cured laminates do not offer electrical properties required for desired signal integrity. Has a Tg greater than 170°C, a decomposition temperature of 340°C, delivers a reduction in Z axis expansion, and a 25% to 30% improvement in dielectric loss properties.

These PCB terminals and connectors are designed to deliver the max. amount of power. The UL rating of 127A per contact reportedly gives the LXXX terminal the highest current carrying capacity available. Accommodates wire up to 1 AWG, with a max. operating temperature of 120°C. Design features include an integrated test point and wire guard to protect against the accidental insertion of wire below the clamping area. Has improved safety features with finger safety greater than 7 mm. Connectors are 600V UL rated; are available in versions rated up to 54A UL. Plugs are available in clamping yoke screw and push-in connections, with securing options that include lock-and-release levers and a self-locking center flange. A hybrid connector combines power and signal into one connector. Features a push-in connection; is available with up to 5 power connections and 8 signal connections, and a 600V 35A UL rating.

Eleven enhancements have been made to the ProVision boundary scan tool, including the addition of all instructions handling (including private instructions) within JTAG functional test. Netlist type autodetect has been added, which automatically recognizes netlist formats as belonging to certain tool vendors. WGL test vector format (as used for IC testing) is now supported through a ProVision plug-in. Can now test (IEEE) 1149 dot 6 to dot 1 connections. Other enhancements include support for FTDI USB to serial port peripheral devices (embedded on target board); HTML reporting for TTR and BSD in AEX sequences; the ability to export and re-import AEX sequences; support for double-latching bus logic; boundary scan register length check; support for multiple ID codes in BSDL, and 64-bit drivers for DataBlaster hardware.
