A500 fully automatic SPI features x-y motion for automatic, seamless scanning of PCB panels up to 300 x 300mm in size. Z-axis motion features auto-focus of the sensor and board warp compensation. uses advanced white light Moiré interferometry to build height data for every pixel in the view. Accepts Gerber 274-X files. Automatically finds fiducials, identifies pads and files height and volume data for each pad. Color coded pads on the Gerber data show pads outside the thresholds in real-time. Is plug-and-play with any Windows 7 desktop or laptop with a Gigabit Ethernet port.

PE7600 opaque, flame-retardant encapsulation polyester resin is for potting delicate electronics and electrical components where conditions can be extremely varied. Combines flexibility at temperature extremes with electrical properties and low hardness. Is said to be reworkable. Meets UL94 V-0. Eliminates use of isocyanates. Comes in 250g resin packs and 5kg kits. Mix ratio is 2:1.
