Zero-fault production line is designed for selective soldering of through-hole components. Incorporates selective mini-wave soldering process, automated optical inspection of solder joints, a verify workstation for verification and classification of detected faults, as well as an automated rework soldering process. Intelligent handling units automatically allocate the assemblies to the next work station.  Modules are linked with bidirectional data transfer. Process and machine data are recorded, analyzed and documented. Plasma process can be used to deposit flux powder. Dual soldering unit allows independent temperature settings for solder and an automotive-compliant separation of different solder materials.
