159HF halogen-free water-soluble flux has a neutral pH. Formulated to perform under high temperatures and is compatible with leaded and lead-free alloys. With low solids content, it can be used in selective drop-jet spray soldering applications and wave soldering. Stays active during preheat and wave; performs well with multilayer boards. Provides ionic cleanliness after water cleaning and has been formulated to minimize foaming in the wash process. Can be used for SMT rework and touch-up soldering.
