Composed of a vertical plug and vertical receptacle, with a patented modular triad wafer design for custom PCB routing in high-density applications. LCR-Reader Multifunction Probe Connector permits LCR-Reader to be used as a probe station. Connects to tweezer handles of LCR-Reader, replacing the gold-plated tweezer tip. Performs LCR testing in automatic or manual mode. By connecting the connector probe (e.g., alligator clip) to a certain node on the PCB, the other tweezer tip becomes a pin probe that can be moved around, promptly giving impedances at various nodes of the PCB. Automatic mode automatically determines impedance type L, C or R, and automatically selects test frequency (0.1, 1 or 10KHz) based on best accuracy. Test signal level is 0.45 Vrms. Impedance values are readily available on the screen once tweezer probe contacts a tested PCB node. Consists of a 60cm-long shielded two-wire cable with a small PCB on one end directly connecting two signal flex stripes on one of the LCR-Reader handles to a universal connector head. Shield is connected to LCR-Reader PCB ground plane. Five kinds of probes can be screwed onto the head, including alligator clip, long and short pin-probes, a spade connector and 4mm multimeter jack plug. Shielded two-wire connection is said to almost eliminate additional offsets due to parasitics of the wires. Enables measurement of larger components that do not fit between the tweezers.

Pneumatic Actuated Keysight 307x in-circuit test fixture meets test requirements for PCBAs with high test point counts, single or dual side access, and dual stage testing. Supports ESD safe test of complex boards with 39 mil center-to-center test points. Permits testing in two stages with 80% of test contact occurring in the second stage using long travel probes. These dual stage tests usually apply for ICs that also require cooling during power up testing.
