Luxshare to Up Its Vietnam Investment by $300M

BAC GIANG, VIETNAM -- Luxshare Precision Industry will invest an additional $330 million in an electronics manufacturing plant in Bac Giang, a northern Vietnam province.
The new plant will manufacture produce cables for smart devices, communications equipment, touch pens, smart positioning tags and smartwatches, according to Bac Giang representatives.
The new plant will be ready in 12 to 24 months, and bring the EMS firm's total investment in Vietnam to more than $500 million.
