HELSINKI, Finland – Incap reported first quarter revenue of $60.5 million, up 7.3% year over year, supported in part by its acquisition of Lacon Group, though profitability declined amid supply chain constraints.

Operating profit totaled $5.2 million, down from $6.2 million. The company said demand remained stable overall, with strong order intake –particularly in the defense segment –helping to strengthen its backlog. However, delayed component deliveries, driven in part by AI and data center-related demand, shifted some orders into the second quarter.

Incap completed its acquisition of Lacon Group during the quarter, expanding its footprint and contributing to revenue growth, while integration efforts remain ongoing.

Looking ahead, the company expects full-year 2026 revenue to be higher than 2025 levels, supported by improving component availability and continued demand across key markets.
