HELSINKI, FINLAND – Scanfil reported strong first-quarter results, with revenue rising 19% year-over-year to €229.1 million ($248 million), driven by acquisitions and continued organic growth.

Organic growth reached 6.5%, while recent acquisitions, including ADCO Circuits and MB Elettronica, contributed significantly to overall expansion.

Net profit rose 17.8% to €9.8 million ($10.6 million), reflecting higher volumes and improved operational performance. The company also reported strong momentum across key regions, particularly in the Americas and Central Europe.

Growth was led by demand in aerospace and defense, where revenue surged 130.5% year-over-year, supported by acquisitions and strong customer activity. Energy and cleantech and industrial segments also posted solid gains, while medtech and life science continued steady expansion.

Scanfil said its acquisitions are already contributing positively and strengthening its position across high-growth markets. The company expects full-year revenue between €940 million and €1.06 billion.
