SIEVI, FINLAND – Scanfil reported a transformational fourth quarter, combining organic growth with profitability while completing two acquisitions that expand its global EMS footprint.
Fourth-quarter turnover totaled EUR 211.0 million (approximately $229.8 million), down 0.6% year over year but up 7.6% organically.
For the full year, turnover rose 2.2% to EUR 797.1 million (approximately $868.8 million), with organic growth of 2.6%.
During the quarter, Scanfil completed the acquisition of ADCO Circuits, strengthening its presence in the Americas and expanding its aerospace & defense exposure. In January, the company finalized the acquisition of MB Elettronica, enhancing its position in Southern Europe with added capabilities in aerospace & defense and medtech & life science.
New customer projects totaled EUR 59.2 million in the fourth quarter and EUR 219.7 million for the full year, up 17.4% year over year.
For 2026, Scanfil expects turnover between EUR 940–1,060 million (approximately $1.02–1.16 billion).
