AUSTIN, TX – Flex reported a quarterly revenue of $6.4 billion, up 1.6% year-over-year.
GAAP operating income was $305 million, while adjusted operating income reached $396 million, both contributing to a net income of $222 million, up from $210 million a year ago.
For fiscal 2025, Flex recorded $25.8 billion in revenue, a 0.4% increase year-over-year, with GAAP operating income of $1.17 billion and adjusted operating income of $1.46 billion. Net income for the year rose slightly to $838 million, compared to $835 million in fiscal 2024.
CEO Revathi Advaithi credited “record operating margins” and strong demand in data centers for the company's solid performance.
For its first quarter fiscal 2026, Flex expects revenue of $6 billion and adjusted operating income of $330 million. Full-year revenue of $25 billion to 26.8 billion is projected.
