ATLANTA — ECIA’s Global Industry Practices Committee (GIPC) will host a webinar on compliance issues related to PFAS on April 24. Experts from Claigan Environmental, a PFAS compliance consultancy, will explain the implications of recent legislation in the US.

In October of 2023, the US EPA finalized its regulations for PFAS reporting, outlining the requirements for electronic component manufacturers and their authorized distributors within the CDX reporting system. Manufacturers and importers are obligated to submit PFAS data dating back to 2011.
