FOND DU LAC, WI — Parts cleaning system manufacturer Alliance Manufacturing has announced the acquisition of TDC (Technical Devices Company), a manufacturer of cleaning equipment for the electronics and printed circuit board industries based in Torrance, CA.

TDC was founded in 1952, and has operated for the past 40 years under the direction of Douglas Winther, who has built a team that provides equipment and services to a diverse customer base in the electronics manufacturing industry. Through the acquisition, Alliance Manufacturing will be will be bringing over the TDC staff to its local facilities, which will add approximately 200 years of combined cleaning expertise to its knowledge base.
