SAINT-HERBLAIN, FRANCE – Lacroix Group reported third quarter electronics revenue was €70.5 million (US$81.7 million), down 6.1% year-over-year. This downturn relates to disruptions in the availability of components and the indirect consequences of plant shutdowns at several auto manufacturers over the period.

For the January to September period, electronics revenue was €238.3 million, up 21.5% compared to the same period in 2020.

The company’s total third quarter revenue was €110.3 million, a decrease of 7.6%. This development reflects increased disruptions relating to the shortage of components and project delays. Despite all this, sales momentum remains strong across all group activities.

For the first nine months of 2021, total revenue was €365.1 million, up 16.7% year-over-year.

Lacroix expects 2021 revenue of €500 million, subject to stability in the electronics component supply situation.
