SigmaTron’s Fairhead Steps Down as President

ELK GROVE, IL – SigmaTron’s CEO, chairman and president Gary R. Fairhead stepped down as president, effective today.
He plans to remain active in his positions as chairman and CEO.
The board appointed James E. Barnes as president, effective Oct.13. He has been with the company since October 2004, most recently holding the position of EVP, operations and global accounts.
