HANOVER, GERMANY – Viscom reported first quarter revenue was €15.7 million (US$19.1 million), flat year-over-year.

Operating loss was €203,000, compared to €2.5 million in the first quarter of 2020.

Incoming orders rose 30.2% year-over-year to €20.7 million. Order backlog was €24 million.

Incoming orders and revenue this year will largely depend on the overall economic situation, particularly in the automotive industry, and on further developments relating to the Covid-19 pandemic.

Viscom anticipates target revenue and incoming orders of between €70 million and €80 million in 2021.
