Partnertec to Acquire Stencil Manufacturing Ops of ASM Assembly Systems Benelux
OIRSCHOT, THE NETHERLANDS -- Partnertec is acquiring the stencil manufacturing operations of ASM Assembly Systems Benelux, effective Aug. 1.
Partnertec said it becomes the only supplier in the Benelux region that can offer complete production lines of machines and consumables for the SMT industry, including screens and stencils.
Partnertec was founded in 2004 and provies SMT production machines and consumables such as solder paste, coatings and cleaning products.
"It has always been Partnertec’s ambition to add the in-house manufacture of stencils in the Benelux to our unique product portfolio of global market leaders. The exceptional growth of our company in the last four years has helped us to now realize this acquisition," the firm said.
Financial terms were not disclosed. ASM employees including director Marc van der Veer will remain in the same building as Partnertec.
