KOKOMO, IN -- ICAPE Group and Divsys have merged their US business operations and will offer global, unified PCB services to electronics assembly customers.

Assets, staff and customers of the respective companies will merge and will operate under the ICAPE Divsys brand. The combined businesses will serve more than 1,500 customers worldwide.

Divsys founder Stan Bentley will become USA technical director of the merged organization. Other terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

Divsys was founded in 2010 and offers testing services for bare and assembled printed circuit boards. ICAPE was founded in 1999 and has business units in the Europe, the US, Africa and China.

“Divsys offers an exciting opportunity for ICAPE to strengthen and expand its service offering in small series and prototypes for the PCBA field,” said Cyril Calvignac, CEO. “With a strong establishment and reputation in the US, Divsys joining ICAPE supports [our] strategy to deepen our American presence and better serve all our North American customers by providing a local expert support.”
