SigmaTron’s Q1 Profits Increase 69% YoY

ELK GROVE VILLAGE, IL – EMS company SigmaTron International reported revenues increased to $39.8 million in the first quarter of 2008, up 7% year-over-year.
Net income increased to $826,984, up 68.7% compared to the same period the prior year.
"We saw small increases in sales to several markets, which were offset by small declines in others,” said Gary R. Fairhead, president and CEO, “[and] positive progress continued at our Tijuana, Mexico, facility.”
