Foxconn’s Investment Certificate in Vinh Phuc Revoked

VINH PHUC, VIETNAM – Foxconn’s investment certificate here has been revoked because the firm has not implemented a promised $200 million project.
Vinh Phuc’s management board said the investment license for Vietnam Foxconn Hi-Tech’s cellphone assembly project was withdrawn last month.
Foxconn previously asked Vinh Phuc for delays.
The region is looking for another investor.
