SCS Releases G4 Spin Coater and Updates 6800 Series

Specialty Coating Systems G4 Spin Coater has a touchscreen interface, removable control panel for fume hood/glove box use and optional Bluetooth connectivity. Supports storage of up to 30 programs with 20 steps each. Enhances control for R&D and small-scale production of photoresists, dopants, polyimides and metallo-organics. The 6800 Series has also been updated with a redesigned hinged PVC lid, integrated handle and improved sensor.
