Vishay CHA0402 thin-film chip resistor comes in an 0402 case size. Delivers stable performance up to 50GHz. Engineered for minimal reactance and nearly flat impedance-to-resistance behavior. Maintains high-frequency stability after AEC-Q200 stress testing. Comes in resistance values from 10Ω to 500Ω.

Features a limiting voltage of 37V, 300mW power rating, and a ±100ppm/°C TCR (with ±50ppm/°C optional). Applications include ADAS, LIDAR, 4D radar, LEO satellites, 5G/6G base stations, medical imaging and RF systems. Simulation models (S-parameters, 3D CAD, Modelithics) available for design processes. Units are RoHS-compliant, halogen-free and available in waffle pack or tape-and-reel.
