VeriSpector is an AOI for use on manual and semiautomated SMD and THT assembly stations.

Performs real-time assembly and placement inspection. Component inspection includes presence, orientation, shape, offset, text, color and barcode reading. Max PCB or object size is 750mm x 500mm; minimum is 375mm x 250mm. Has 24mp camera with high-def lens. Can upgrade to 42Mp or 60Mp cameras, depending on application requirements. Resolution can be increased if PCB size less than max of 750 x 500 is required. Detected defects can be displayed via red circles on PCB map or by NG images. Overhead orthogonal camera and LED lighting system are optimized for color and glare.  Is powered by Mek 22x AOI software on Apple Mac. Barcode reading is carried out by 22x barcode decoding engine.
