EP21ARLV two-part epoxy may be used as adhesive, sealant, coating or encapsulant. Is capable of withstanding prolonged exposure to 70% sulfuric acid, 10% hydrochloric acid, 10% nitric acid and butyl acetate.

Parts A and B have viscosity of 3,000-6,000cps and 4,000-6,000cps, respectively. Mix ratio is 100 to 50 by weight. Cures at room temp. Is reliable electrical insulator with volume resistivity greater than 1014 ohm-cm at 75°F and dielectric strength of 440V/mil at 75°F for a 1/8" test sample. Tensile strength is 8,000-9,000psi. Shore D hardness is 80-90, and tensile modulus is 350,000-400,000psi. Is serviceable over temp. range of -60° to +250°F.
